About

Mike started out in the Voiceover industry the same way most people do – in a completely different field, with no more thought to voiceovers than when listening to the booming, gravelly voice of ‘that guy’ in a darkened theatre.

Even though Mike started out his professional career as a degreed Electrical Engineer, he quickly moved into a field that would ultimately help him in voiceovers far more than he could ever imagine – Technical Support.

In 15 years of supporting people both in-person and telephonically, from the executive staff of the current world leader of institutional investments (ranked #1 in Worldwide Institutional Assets Under Management), all the way down to warehouse personnel in small software companies – Mike has a proven record of not only being able to help and teach people, but do it in such a way that the end-user knows that they’re valued and respected and doesn’t feel like they’re being talked down to or belittled due to their lack of knowledge in a given subject.

His background in Support allows him to speak with authority and expertise on the various versions of:

  • IBM, Oracle, BEA, and JBoss Application Servers
  • DB2, Oracle, and SQL Databases
  • Java
  • Exchange
  • Global360's Case Manager
  • Lexign Corporation's Keyflow and Keyfile
  • Windows Operating Systems
  • Linux
  • MS Office applications
  • Hardware - servers, PCs, routers, switches, tape units, etc.

Since leaving the corporate ratrace, Mike has thrown himself full force into building his voiceover business and providing his new customers with as much quality, care, and personal attention as his past Support customers enjoyed.
